Having a successful run in the Real Estate industry in New York City, Jay decided to relocate with his family to sunny Los Angeles and apply his experience and high-quality client service to the West Coast. Known as an established, well-regarded individual and industry innovator; he attributes his success to the passion for real estate and the quality of service provided that helped build relationships with clients and more importantly maintain those relationships over the years. Jay’s theory is that one of the keys to successful practice in this industry derives from his ability to communicate effectively with his clients to make informed decisions, making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless.
