There are 5 licensed bedrooms in property with closets and windows, with ceiling fans, designed by leading designer from 5-star hotel business, making the style of each bedroom by combining them into one luxury style. In 5 bedrooms with 6 beds can easily sleep 12 people. Also, there is a big living room with live TV broadcasting, big and modern dining room with stylish table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities for cooking, refrigerating, baking etc. with nice island in between kitchen and dining area with three bar chairs and night lights. The bedrooms and other spaces have the following features:Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1)- 1 king size bed with a lot of space and night lamps, huge full bathroom, big walk-in closet and separate toilet with closing door, big sliding patio door heading to pool area.Bedroom 2- 1 king size bed, big closet, nice design with huge abstract pictures, night lamps, sharing a full bath with Bedroom 3.Bedroom 3- 1 king size bed with big closet, night lamps, sharing the full bath with Bedroom 2.Bedroom 4- 2 full size beds with big closet, 2 windows, night lamps and nice design.Bedroom 5- 1 queen size bed with big closet and window, night lamps, nice designed interior and big space.Game room- has a separate AC mini split unit, pool table, ice hockey table for kids, a lot of games that can be played outdoor, and a big sofa convertible into bed, in case somebody from guests decide to have private big room for his night with separate AC zone:)Pool/SpaPool and Spa have a heating system. The Spa is heated for 4 ( four) hours for free, NO extra charge, based on guests preferred time, some extra hour can be used to heat the Spa. The pool can be heated for Extra charge, 80 usd per day.Guest accessGuests can access all the parts of property space.Other things to noteThe property has a gardener who comes once a week to take care of garden and clean the garden areas, trim trees and take care of entire territory. The pool man takes care of pool twice a week on a regular bases, plus any time the same day new guests arrive. The disposal company provides trash collection service twice a week with walk-in service, so our guests do not need to take care about trash, they just need to put their trash into trash bags and put into trash carts. The cleaning of entire house is performed just after each guest leaves by using sanitizing and disinfecting sprays and liquids.Pool and Jacuzzi have heating system.
