At TruLine Realty, we introduce our investors to a large inventory of real estate properties secured by a first mortgage deed of trust along with a promissory note on income producing commercial and non-owner occupied residential real estate assets throughout California.  All investments are conservatively underwritten with loan to value’s of around 55% based on current appraised value 30 days before lending.  Our investor’s names are on title and recorded copies are mailed directly to our investors from the Title Company.

First Trust Deeds historically outperform the Dow Jones Industrial Average, U.S. Treasury Notes, or Certificates of Deposit by more than 300%.
